MTS Centre
Construction of the MTS Centre is one of the most exciting and highly anticipated events in the history of Winnipeg. Built on the former site of the historic Eaton's building, the new entertainment facility will provide an elite venue for concert and sporting events.
To effectively relay their message, the directors of the True North Entertainment Centre asked MIDCAN to create a dynamic and informative CD that encompasses all the positive aspects of the new facility.
In recent years, many who have attended events at the Winnipeg Arena acknowledge the city could do with a new entertainment facility.
As well, the MTS Centre is an integral part of the Winnipeg's plan to rethink, reinvent, and revitalize the downtown area.

The directors of the True North Entertainment Centre, the Mayor of Winnipeg, the Premier of Manitoba, and the presidents of two of the city's professional sports clubs, the Winnipeg Goldeyes and the Manitoba Moose, address all of these points on the CD.
MIDCAN was honoured with the 2003 Blizzard award for Best Corporate / Industrial Video for the production of the MTS Centre CD. Commissioned in 2001, MIDCAN was able to fully encapsulate the future vision of the MTS Centre, even though development was still in it's early stages.
