Ben Wytinck is one of Midcan´s most versatile employees, but he´s a natural in the recording studio. As a highly respected musician and composer, Ben has an ear for clarity and detail, and it´s evident in his work as a sound engineer. Ben is an important member of the Midcan team, working closely with many clients on TV, film, and radio projects.
Before Midcan, Ben studied at Mid Ocean School of Media Arts. He spent a number of years freelancing with local musicians and videographers, before joining the Midcan team in 2005. Since then he has had the pleasure of working with many local and Hollywood directors and producers.
When Ben´s not busy in the recording studio, he also helps with graphic design and video post, but that´s not where his versatility ends. He can be seen occasionally on a film set hauling gear, and has also been known to lift a hammer to help out with renovations.
